How it grades you
Every metronome click is a beat. The app listens for bag impacts and measures how far each one
lands from the nearest click, in milliseconds. Within ±100 ms counts as on the beat.
The last strike of each combo is the one it scores — that's the kick on “4”.
Positive numbers mean late, negative mean early.
A kick takes longer to travel than a punch, so if your last strike is always late, the fix is
usually to slow the earlier strikes down to the same beat rather than rush the kick.
Lower the tempo until all four land clean, then raise it.
